    Thanks for your feedback.

Please follow these steps if your Polar WearLink+ heart rate transmitter does not link to your Nike+ device.

    1. Verify you have a Polar WearLink+ heart rate transmitter that is compatible with Nike+. You should see a small red label on the transmitter that reads: "works with Nike+".

    2. Verify that you are linking the Polar WearLink+ to a compatible Nike+ device. Polar WearLink+ is compatible with Nike+ SportWatch GPS, Nike+ SportBand, and iPod nano (generations 5 and 6).

    3. Find the Polar WearLink+ serial number. Serial numbers beginning with C131-C135, C139, C141, C143, C145, C147, and C151 have been found to be defective.

    4. Contact Polar for support.

For quickest resolution, U.S. consumers should send an email to customer.service.usa@polar.fi and provide your name, mailing address, phone number, and device serial number.

You can also call Polar at 1-800-998-7816 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday.

If outside the U.S., visit polar.com, click "Change region" in the upper right corner, and click "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page.
