Try the following troubleshooting steps if your Nike+ FuelBand SE or first generation FuelBand doesn't sync with your Nike+ FuelBand App.

Plug your FuelBand into a computer wth Nike+ Connect software installed and sync your NikeFuel.
After syncing your NikeFuel, perform a factory reset.
Resetting your FuelBand to factory settings will erase all data from your device, including any unsynced information. If you have questions or concerns about receiving credit for unsynced information, please contact us.
Setup and customize your FuelBand.
Unplug your FuelBand from the computer and move around to earn NikeFuel.
Open your Nike+ FuelBand app to the “TODAY” screen.
Move around with your FuelBand and watch your total NikeFuel increase on the display in the app.
If you don’t see your NikeFuel increase after completing these steps, please contact us.
NOTE: The Nike+ FuelBand App is only compatible with iPhone 4S or newer or iPod touch generation 5 or newer.
If you are unable to sync your Nike+ FuelBand to the Nike+ FuelBand App after upgrading to version 2.0, please follow these steps:
Please note (11/6/13): Our team is working tirelessly to resolve these connectivity issues. We have heard that some users may not be seeing all their NikeFuel data. Rest assured, your data is safe, it's just not showing in the App.
We anticipate an App update coming within 24-48 hours that should resolve most of the issues you're seeing. We won't sleep until we get everyone back up and running!
