    How do I sync data from the Nike+ Run Club app?

    Thanks for your feedback.

    When you finish a run with Nike+ Run Club, your run information will automatically sync to your account if you are connected to a wireless data network.

    You can also sync data manually. Select your device below for instructions.

    Nike+ Run Club for iOS (Mobile)
    1. Make sure your device is connected to a wireless data network
    2. Tap the Activity icon at the bottom of the screen
    3. Tap and hold the top of the Activity window, slide your finger down and release to sync your data to Nike+

    Note: Any runs recorded while riding a bike, driving in a car, or at paces that would beat a world record will not sync to Nike+.

    If you encounter any problems syncing, please contact us.

    Nike+ Run Club for Apple Watch Nike+, Apple Watch Series 2, and Apple Watch

    CONNECTED TO A MOBILE DEVICE

    If you run with your watch connected to your mobile device, your run data will automatically sync when you finish your run.

    STANDALONE

    If you run without your watch connected to your mobile device, your run data will sync once it is reconnected.

    Nike+ Run Club for Android (Mobile)
    1. Make sure your device is connected to a wireless data network
    2. Open the menu icon in the top right corner of the screen
    3. Choose Activity.
    4. Tap and hold the top of the Activity window, slide your finger down and release to sync your data to Nike+.

    Note: Any runs recorded while riding a bike, driving in a car, or at paces that would beat a world record will not sync to Nike+.
