    Thanks for your feedback.

When you finish a run on the Nike+ Running App, the run information will sync automatically to your Nike+ account if you have wireless or data network connection.

If not, the run details will sync automatically the next time you're connected and open the Nike+ Running App.

You can also sync data manually. Click on your operating system below for instructions.

    IOS

    1. Make sure your device is connected to a wireless data network
    2. Open the Nike+ Running App's Activity tab.
    3. Tap and hold the top of the Activity window, slide your finger down and release to sync your data to Nikeplus.com.
    4. Sync data manually from Nike+ Running App

Note: Any runs recorded while riding a bike, driving in a car, or at paces that would beat a world record will not sync to Nikeplus.com.

If you encounter any problems syncing, please contact us.

    Android

    1. Make sure your device is connected to a wireless data network
    2. Open the Nike+ Running App's Activity tab.
    3. Tap the overflow icon in the upper right-hand corner and press "Sync Runs".

Add Activity icon in upper right of app screen

Note: Any runs recorded while riding a bike, driving in a car, or at paces that would beat a world record will not sync to Nikeplus.com.

If you encounter any problems syncing, please contact us.
