Nike Running Race Coach is a Facebook-based coaching tool that allows you to select a training schedule based on your distance or event. It offers training plans and the opportunity to connect with other runners who are training for the same event as you.
Begin by selecting your distance or event. The following options are available:
You'll then choose your goal for your event from the following options (available after you've selected your race distance):
Click the "Download PDF" button to download a PDF of your workout schedule.
Click the "Join this community" button to join the Facebook community for your event and receive updates and coaching tips.
NOTE: You can view the training plans without being a Facebook member. The training plans are available for anyone who visits the Nike Running Race Coach page.
