    Thanks for your feedback.

If you experience unexpected behavior from your Nike+ device, we recommend you perform a factory reset.

Select "Nike+ Connect" for Nike+ devices or "Desktop Operating System" below and follow the steps to perform a factory reset.

Note: Performing a factory reset of your device will clear any saved settings and permanently erase unsynced data. All previously synced activity will remain saved to your Nike+ account.

    Nike+ Connect
    1. Plug your device into your computer's USB port and wait for the Nike+ Connect software to launch. This should sync any data on your device to Nike+.
    2. Select the "Settings" button to expand Nike+ Connect.
    3. In the lower left corner of Nike+ Connect, click "Factory Reset."
    4. Select "Reset" to confirm.
    5. Nike.com will automatically launch in your default browser.
    6. Log in to Nike+ to sync your data.

If you're unable to access the factory reset option in the Nike+ Connect software, follow the instructions in the "Desktop Operating System (Mac and Windows)" accordion below.

    8. If you're using a Nike+ FuelBand SE, first generation FuelBand, SportWatch or SportBand, your device will go through a factory reset.
    9. If you're using the Nike+ Sport Sensors included with Nike+ Basketball or Nike+ Training shoes, your device will go through both a firmware update and a factory reset.
