Nike+ Connect may display Code 34 if there is a problem with the firmware on your Nike+ Sport Sensors.
You'll need to update your Nike+ Sport Sensor firmware to resolve the issue. We also encourage you to click “Report” to submit a detailed report of the issue to us. You will not receive an individual response by submitting a report. These are used strictly for research and development purposes. To receive individual support, please contact us.
Here are the Code 34 troubleshooting steps we recommend:
- In the Nike+ Connect Code 34 message box, click "Update". Repeat this process three times if the first attempt isn't successful.
- If Code 34 persists, try plugging the Nike+ Sport Charger, with the Sport Sensors inserted, in to a different USB port that is not part of the same USB hub. When the dialog box appears, please retry accepting the firmware update option.
- If Code 34 continues, and you have access to a different computer, please download and install Nike+ Connect on that computer and then plug in your Sport Charger. If you are prompted to update your device firmware, please accept the firmware update and follow the prompts to install it.
If the steps above do not resolve the error, please contact us.
