If you receive the error message "Unexpected response from Nike+" when you plug in your Nike+ SportBand, there is a communication error between Nike+ Connect and the server.
Please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Check your Internet connection by visiting any public website and refreshing the page to ensure you are not viewing a cached version.
- Make sure Nike.com is available by visiting the website and refreshing the page.
- If an Internet connection and the Nike.com site are available and the error continues, please perform a SportBand factory reset in Nike+ Connect.
