    If you receive the error message "Unexpected response from Nike+" when you plug in your Nike+ SportBand, there is a communication error between Nike+ Connect and the server.

    Please follow these troubleshooting steps:

    1. Check your Internet connection by visiting any public website and refreshing the page to ensure you are not viewing a cached version.

    2. Make sure Nikeplus.com is available by visiting the website and refreshing the page.

    3. If an Internet connection and the Nikeplus.com site are available and the error continues, please perform a SportBand factory reset in Nike+ Connect.

    If the error continues, please give us a call.
