    If Nike+ Connect displays the message "Device not recognized. Download and re-install Nike+ Connect", Nike+ Connect is not recognizing your Nike+ Training Sport Sensors.

    Please follow these troubleshooting steps:

    1. Re-install Nike+ Connect.
    2. Plug your Nike+ Sport Sensors back in and retry.

    If the problem continues, please contact us.
