If your Nike+ SportBand won't charge, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Check to see if the SportBand is correctly plugged into the USB port and the connector is facing the right direction
- Plug the SportBand directly into the USB port without using a USB cable adaptor
- If you have a PC, plug the SportBand into a different USB port
- If available, try charging your SportBand on a different computer
