If you receive a message that "Connect has lost communication to your Nike+ FuelBand while a firmware update was in process...", please follow the steps below.
- Unplug your Nike+ FuelBand and plug back in.
- If the error message reappears, unplug your device and perform a factory reset.
- If still unsuccessful, try a different computer with Nike+ Connect (if available).
- If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please attempt the Code 52 troubleshooting steps.
