    Select your device below for instructions.

    Nike Run Club for iOS (mobile)

    To link your Bluetooth 4.0 Smart heart rate transmitter with Nike Run Club, please follow these steps:

    1. Put on your Bluetooth Smart heart rate transmitter as per the manufacturer's instructions
    2. Make sure you are not in proximity to any other heart rate transmitters
    3. On your iOS device, navigate to your Settings → Bluetooth
    4. Select your heart rate transmitter under "Other Devices"
    5. Wait for it to appear under "My Devices" with a "Connected" status beside it
    6. Return to your iOS device's home screen and tap the "Health" icon
    7. Go to "Sources"
    8. Choose "Nike Run Club"
    9. Toggle "Heart Rate" (under "Allow Nike Run Club to read data") to the on position
    10. Nike Run Club will now capture heart rate data (BPM) along with your other workout data
    Nike Run Club for Apple Watch Nike+, Apple Watch Series 2, and Apple Watch

    Make sure you have allowed Apple Health to read and write all data by following the steps outlined here. Once you’ve completed these steps, your heart rate data should pass to NikePlus and record during your run.

    Nike Run Club for Android (mobile)

    To link your Bluetooth 4.0 Smart heart rate transmitter to Nike Run Club, please follow these steps:

    1. Put on your Bluetooth Smart heart rate transmitter as per the manufacturer's instructions
    2. Make sure you are not in proximity to any other heart rate transmitters
    3. In Nike Run Club for Android, tap the menu icon in the left-hand corner of the app
    4. Go to Settings
    5. Choose Run Settings
    6. Toggle heart rate to on (If it isn't already, you will be prompted to toggle it on to create the connection)
