Train smarter and get a personalized, adaptive plan from the world’s best trainers. To start a plan, follow the instructions below.
- Allow Nike to use your workout info
- Go to the Workout screen and select My Plan
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap "START A NEW PLAN"
- Choose a plan option
- Select an equipment option
- Select a start date
- Select a workout frequency
- Choose whether or not you want to include running in your plan
- Select an activity level
- Tell us more about you
- Tap "BUILD MY PLAN"
Note: Unlike a single workout, you must enter your height and weight to create a plan. These details help us tune the app to be right for you and adapt to fit your needs.
